Jogging
Started: 1 March 2021.
Jogging has become my way of clearing my mind and staying physically active. There’s something therapeutic about the rhythm of running and the feeling of accomplishment after a good run.
Running Routine
I typically run 3-4 times per week, varying my routes to keep things interesting. Whether it’s through city streets or park trails, each run offers a different perspective and challenge.
